i hate giving my opinions on controversial subjects because i never want anyone to think i’m shoving shit down their throat, or that i pass judgement on anyone who doesn’t think like me. but i feel like people who have compassion for for the slaughter of innocent sentient beings should not withhold that compassion based on the species of that being. and that as sensitive as the holocaust issue is, it is actually a fair comparison to make. don’t forget, when the holocaust was actually happening during WWII, no one wanted to hear about it. besides, ain’t you never seen avatar? (actually, i think i’m the only person in the world who hasn’t seen it.) but isn’t the movie about saving those blue dudes?
